Every day I end up reading so many queries related to sexual health disorders like PME ( Premature Ejaculation), ED (Erectile Dysfunction), Spermatorrhoea, loss of libido in women and many more. Because of hesitation, people don’t consult a doctor personally . Rather they discuss it among their friends, their colleagues or they look for some fancy advertisement and buy some products. Either these medicines don’t help them or they give side effects and last wastage of money.
What is the Solution?
Change Perception: Sexual health issue is not a matter of shame. It is just like any other disease like cough and cold.
Consult Ayurveda Physician personally: Doctor will prescribe your medicine as per your need.
How we can help?
Our Ayurvedic sages acknowledged the requirement and they divided Ayurveda into eight branches. one such branch is Vajikarana
Vājīkaraṇa is a special branch of Āyurveda which is practiced to promote the health and sexual life of the healthy men as well as of the sexually weak patients.
Vajikarana is just not only a science of aphrodisiacs, virility but it helps in improving the health and strength of progeny (offsprings)
Ayurveda offers a huge range of medicines in the form of churna, tablets, avaleh.
These are time tested herbs also with proven results.
HERBS:
Kapikacchu
Gokshura
Shatavari
Shilajeet
Ashwagandha
How do they work?
They are just like Rasayanas that which nourishes and revitalizes the body tissues, restores equilibrium and reproductive health.
The acid (HCL) in the moderate or mild condition known as hyperacidity. Hyperacidity is a hyper condition known as Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the tube connecting your mouth and stomach (esophagus). This acid reflux can irritate the coating of your esophagus. Most people can manage the discomfort of GERD with lifestyle changes and over-the-counter medications.
CAUSES
It is caused by frequent acid reflux. When you swallow, a circular band of muscle around the bottom of your esophagus (lower oesophageal sphincter) relaxes to permit food and liquid to flow into your stomach. Then the sphincter closes over. If the sphincter relaxes unusually or weakens, stomach acid can flow back up into your esophagus. This constant reflex of acid irritates the lining of your esophagus, often causing it to become inflamed.
SYMPTOMS
A burning feeling in your chest (heartburn), generally after eating, which might be worse at night, Epigastric heaviness and Chest pain, trouble swallowing, the reflex of food or sour liquid
When you have nighttime acid reflux, also experience:
Chronic cough, Laryngitis, New or worsening asthma
All symptoms are mild in hyperacidity.
AYURVEDA PROSPECTUS
In Ayurveda hyperacidity known as Amla-Pita and GERD are known as urdhvaga amlapita, caused by the aggravation of Pitta Dosha. When aggravated Kapha associate with pita dosha acid start moves upward in the esophagus. heartburn and epigastric heaviness with nausea universal symptoms of amlapita.
Memory is to retain information gathered by sense organs. The brain is the center for the collection of information, action on information and storehouse of result for a future perspective which is called MEMORY. It is the reformation of past experience by the synchronizing action of neuron involved in real experience.
Types of memory :
Sensory memory
Short term memory
Long term memory
In Ayurveda Classics, Memory is described as Smriti (Memory) which is one of the faculty of Mana ( मन ). Mana is important for the perception of knowledge and without the involvement of Mana no knowledge occurs.
Smriti (memory)is one of the three faculty of Prajna (Budhi). Other two are dhee (perception of knowledge) and dhriti (Retention of knowledge). Smriti means the ability to recall things. In this competitive era, where each and everyone wants to achieve the highest goal. Competition is increasing day by day to fight the world. Competition is increasing at the school, college and workplace level. So to fight with the competition and to achieve the highest goal everyone wants to have a good memory.
Factors Responsible for Memory Loss (Smriti Hrasa) :

Stress
Age factor.
All these factors vitiated the manovaha srotas which dimish the dhee, dhriti and Smriti.
Ayurveda Modalities for Memory Enhancement :
Ayurveda described different treatment modalities for memory enhancement.
Ausadh Chikitsa (Medicinal Part): Ayurveda described different medicine for memory enhancement and mano vaha srotas dusthi. Some of them are described below :

Shirodhara activates the Vital Points in the head and improves circulation over the vital points. The warm oils used cause vasodilatation of all the channels and thereby improve the blood circulation of the brain. Shirodhara also reduces the level of stress and help in the enhancement of memory.shirodhara is done with takra, oil, water and ksheer(milk), etc.
Shirovasti: Shirovasti is an ayurvedic procedure in which head is covered by a leather inside the cap for a certain period of time. Shirovasti is used for the treatment of neurological diseases, disease of sleep, migraine, headache, depression, enhancement of medha and smriti. It is also beneficial for lowering stress and building immunity against psychosomatic diseases. Shirovasti is a part of panchkarma procedure which includes snehana and swedana.

It is effective in hairfall, premature graying of hair, sleep disorders, enhancement of memory, headache and other psychological disorders.
Shiro Abhyanga: Shiro means head and Abhyangam refers to Massage. So Shiro abhyanga is the massage of the head which helps in the reduction of stress and improvement of memory.
Nasya: Nasya treatment refers to panchkarma therapy that includes installation of medicated oils, ghee or powders through the nasal route. This treatment benefits disorders of shira because.
Common summer diseases and way to prevent them
*Flu
*Food and water borne diseases (such as typhoid,
cholera, hepatitis A, food poisoning and diarrhoea)
*sore eyes
*measles
*mosquito borne diseases e.g. dengue malaria and
*various skin conditions
Stomach ailments ( उदर विकार)
food and water born disease
